Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for our personalized hockey 3D prints. Please review the following details regarding our shipping practices.

Shipping Destinations:

We ship worldwide. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Carriers:

• Canada: All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post.
• International (including USA): For international orders, shipments will be handled by Canada Post initially. Upon reaching the destination country, the delivery may be completed by local postal services (e.g., USPS in the USA) or other carriers such as UPS or FedEx, depending on the service selected at checkout.

Processing Times:

Please note that since all our products are personalized hockey 3D prints and custom-made, processing times are required before your order is shipped.

• Small Orders: For smaller orders, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.
• Larger Orders: For larger orders, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing.

Please understand that processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates:

• Canada: We offer a flat rate for shipping within Canada, which is dependent on the weight of the product. Specific rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $35 CAD (before taxes).
• Rest of the World (including USA): For all other international destinations, shipping rates are calculated live by Canada Post based on the size and weight of your order and the destination. Customers will be able to view and select their preferred shipping service and associated cost at checkout. Please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country’s authorities.

Local Pickup:

We currently do not offer local pickup for orders. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Important Shipping Notes:

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible  for errors made by the customer when filling out shipping information.
• Delivery times provided by the shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and local postal service operations can affect delivery times.
• Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you with any shipping-related inquiries.
