Thank you for purchasing our personalized ice hockey accessories! As each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review your customization details before placing your order.

Refunds for Manufacturing Defects:

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• You must notify us of the defect within 14 days of receiving the product.
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect.
• The defect must not be a result of normal wear and tear or damage caused by the use of the product during gameplay. Due to the physical nature of ice hockey, damage sustained during use is not covered under this policy.

To initiate a refund request for a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@lacefilament.com with your order number and the photographic evidence. We will review your claim and notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that this policy applies only to manufacturing defects present upon arrival. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been used.
